You can be either a wholesale customer or a direct customer.
As a wholesale customer, you have access to over 25,000 wholesale products. We can deliver products directly to your location anywhere in Finland with excellent delivery reliability. You can also shop in person at our Cash & Carry stores in the Helsinki metropolitan area and use the Click & Collect service.
As a direct customer, you can order products straight from manufacturers, without intermediaries. You’ll have access to the VALO Tilauspalvelu™, owned and operated by Valio. Through this service, you can place orders either as a contract customer with our suppliers or as a business customer without a contract. Products are delivered via Valio’s distribution network throughout Finland, and you’ll receive an invoice directly from the supplier you’ve made an agreement with.

As a credit customer, you pay for your purchases by invoice, whether you shop in the online store or at an Cash & Carry store.
As a direct customer, you pay for your purchases immediately at the time of ordering, either in the online store or at the Cash & Carry store checkout.

To order from a delivery wholesale you need a Valio Aimo customership. Become a customer easily and free of charge here.
VALO Tilauspalvelu™ serves in various ways – for corporate customers of our suppliers or for business customers without contract customerships.
If you’re already a Valio Aimo customer and have a customer number, you can register as a user using the registration form. After that, we will confirm your user account, and you’ll receive a message when your login credentials are active.
- Register for the delivery wholesale online store. The same login credentials also work for the Minun Aimo service.
- Register for the Valo Tilauspalvelu™.
You can pay by invoice, payment card, mobile payment, or online banking. The payment method is agreed upon when your customer account is created. When filling out the application, choose whether you want to be a cash or credit customer, and fill in the appropriate application accordingly.
You’ll need a wholesale card when shopping at our Cash & Carry stores in Helsinki or Vantaa. A digital version of the card is available in the Minun Aimo service. You can also easily order new digital wholesale cards through the Minun Aimo service.

You can update your customer details, manage wholesale cards, and maintain your alcohol and tobacco licenses in the Minun Aimo service.
In our Helsinki Cash & Carry store, we offer a Click & Collect service, which allows you to place your order in advance and pick it up when it’s convenient for you. Currently, pickup is not available elsewhere in Finland.
