What is the My Aimo service?

In My Aimo, you can quickly and easily find all the essential information you need: customer service, your purchase reports and the carbon footprint data of your food purchases, your customer details with price lists, your digital wholesale card, recipes and information hub, as well as the always helpful A.I.mo – your AI assistant. When everything you need is in one place and always easily accessible, you speed up your work and save time.

Your username is the email address listed in our customer records. If you’re unsure which email address is on file, please contact our online store support at valioaimonetti@valio.fi.

If you are a Valio Aimo delivery or cash-and-carry customer but place your orders, for example, through phone sales or in person at the cash-and-carry, you can register for the online store. To register, you will need your customer number. You can register here.
