Wholesale Card
As a Valio Aimo Cash & Carry customer, you get access to a wholesale card. Card ensures you receive all the benefits agreed upon in your contract, such as contract prices when shopping in our Cash & Carry stores.
When applying for a Valio Aimo wholesale customer account, you can choose whether you want to place orders through the delivery wholesale service, visit our Cash & Carry stores yourself – or use both options. You’ll find our Cash & Carry locations in the Helsinki metropolitan area, in Helsinki and Vantaa.
If you mainly have your products delivered to your location and operate in the Helsinki metropolitan area, we recommend exploring our Cash & Carry stores. They’re perfect for picking up quick, unexpected top-ups whenever needed. As a Cash & Carry customer, you’ll also receive a wholesale card that serves as your key to the Cash & Carry world and guarantees all the benefits agreed upon in your contract.
Benefits of the Wholesale Card
A wholesale card may include a payment feature or simply provide access to discounts. If you have chosen invoicing as your payment method, you can use it in the Cash & Carry stores as well. Just show your electronic wholesale card at the checkout, and your purchases will be charged through invoicing. If you use the card for discounts, just show the card at the register and make the purchase by paying with a debit or credit card.
On the shelves in the Cash & Carry stores, you’ll see the regular shelf prices. If you have contract prices, you’ll be charged according to those at the checkout. So always remember to show your wholesale card at the checkout — it’s a valuable benefit for you.
The wholesale card is always issued per customer number, which means it is not your personal loyalty card but a benefit for your entire your business unit.
Electronic Wholesale Card
Your wholesale card is now always with you in the My Aimo service. You no longer need extra cardboard cards in your wallet — the wholesale card is now available to you in electronic form.
How to activate your electronic wholesale card:
- Go to Minun Aimo at minunaimo.valioaimo.fi/en
- Log in or register: Log in with the same username and password you use for the Valio Aimo online store. If you have not yet used the online store but you have a Valio Aimo customer number, you can register here.
- Select “Customer information” and then “Wholesale card”.
- Open the card: Click on “Show card”. Easy, don’t you think! If you don’t see the card, ask your company’s admin to share a link.

Save the card to your phone’s home screen or bookmarks so you can always find it easily.

How Do I Get a Wholesale Card?
Once you have a Valio Aimo customer number, you can access the My Aimo service, where you’ll find your electronic wholesale card. You can also easily order new electronic wholesale cards directly through the service.
If you are a new customer, start by filling out the customer application. We will process your application, and once everything is in order, we will open a customer number for you.

We serve all business customers. You can apply to become a customer if you have a valid business ID. You can find the customer application here.
You’ll find our Helsinki Cash & Carry in the heart of Sörnäinen, at Tukkutori (Vanha Talvitie 2). The Vantaa Cash & Carry is located in Koivuhaka, at Niittytie 2 – easily accessible from Ring Road III from all directions in Uusimaa. Both Cash & Carry stores offer spacious and free parking.
If you are not yet a Valio Aimo customer, fill out the application and we will contact you. Once your application has been processed, you will receive a wholesale card by mail, giving you access to shop in our Cash & Carry stores.
Once you have a Valio Aimo customer number, you can access the My Aimo service. There you will find your electronic wholesale card, and as the account’s primary user, you can also order new cards when needed. All new wholesale cards will be delivered electronically in the My Aimo service.
The wholesale card is only needed when shopping at the Cash & Carry stores. When ordering from the delivery warehouse, you don’t need a card — your customer information is added to the order automatically during the ordering process.
Valio Aimo was born from the handshake between Valio and Heinon Tukku in 2021. If your customer relationship is still active, your old wholesale card will continue to work perfectly in all Valio Aimo Cash & Carry stores. However, we recommend using the electronic wholesale card available in My Aimo.
