Valio Aimo Delivery Wholesale makes your daily work easier. Use our handy online store both to create standard orders and assemble shopping carts for several different delivery dates at once. The online store allows you to flexibly modify your orders and receive personalised recommendations. These recommendations lead you to products that are just what you might need.

VALO Tilauspalvelu allows you to easily order products from Finland’s most significant food producers in one go. Our range includes products from several suppliers such as Atria, Froneri Finland, HKFoods, Saarioinen, Snellman Pro and Valio. My Aimo makes it easier to find the important information and makes your daily work smoother. For example, you can always find your purchase reports for the cash-and-carry stores and the delivery wholesale, and their carbon footprints, in My Aimo – anywhere, anytime.

For example, we came up with My Aimo when we were thinking about ways to make our customers’ daily work easier. We asked them what they wanted during the development of the new service and carried out a pilot for choice customers before the launch.

This model proved successful, as the service received an overall score of 4.3 (scale 1–5) in a user survey conducted in 2025. Users praised its ease of use in particular: up to 85% of the respondents said the ease of use was good or excellent.
