Please send your complaint at latest the next business day after delivery. Include your customer number, order number, product name or number, quantity of products, and reason for the notice. For wholesale orders, you can make the complaint most conveniently directly in our online store.

Great to hear that you’re interested in becoming a Valio Aimo customer! You can get in touch with our sales representatives, and together we’ll find the customer model that suits you best. First, select whether you operate in the horeca, foodservice, or food industry sector, and then contact the appropriate person under the relevant category.
Your company’s main user can edit your company details directly in My Aimo service. If you need help using My Aimo or would like assistance with updating your information, the best way to get support is by contacting our customer service through My Aimo’s messaging service.
You can find the chat service at the bottom of the online store. Through the chat, you’ll get the quickest access to us at Aimo, and we can help you immediately with using the store. You can also contact us by email or by phone.
We always deliver your order at a pre-agreed time. If you would like more detailed information about your deliveries, you can contact customer service.
We recommend submitting the complaint directly through the online store, as this allows you to link the exact order details straight to the complaint. If you need help filing a complaint, you can also contact our customer service.
Your company’s main user can manage your wholesale cards and order new ones directly in the My Aimo service. You can also send a message to our customer service directly through My Aimo or contact us by email.
