Helsinki wholesale store´s Click & Collect service has increased its product range significantly. Place an order on the online store and decide the most convenient time for you to pick up your order from Helsinki Tukkutori. Time saving!

Urgent need for restocking

It is great to walk around the wholesale store and collect products that you need. Sometimes, however, time is scarce and you might need supplements for urgent situations. Click & Collect service helps you. While we collect your order free of charge you can focus on matters that are important to you. By choosing the pickup time that suits you the best, you can avoid e.g. sitting in traffic jams. If for some reason you have forgotten to order a product or you need quick replenishment, our service speeds up your time management.

The most visible change is the substantial increase in the number of products in the Click & Collect service. We have improved the service and added several thousand products to click on! When online shopping you will see the Click & Collect shopping cart icon on brown background for the products that are part of the service’s selection. You can also order cold and frozen products as our lockers have three different temperatures.

Let us collect free of charge the products you order. You will be informed when the order is available for pickup and there you have it, it´s a piece of cake!

Quick pickup

When you order from the online store you can see the product amounts available. If for some reason the product is not available at the time of collecting, you will see the change in your consignment note and of course pay only for what is collected for you. We actively inform you step by step about the status of your order. You receive a text message as soon as your order is being collected.

When placing your order, you can also choose an available pickup time that suits you. At best, your order can be picked up four hours after your order is accepted. There are pickup times around the clock. You will receive again a text message when your order is transferred to the pickup locker.

The Click & Collect pickup point is situated at Helsinki Tukkutori. Just follow the big “Tilaa & Nouda” signs to its´ own entrance at the corner of the wholesale store. The front door of the pickup point opens with a code sent to you in a separate text message. You can drive your car to the parking lot, fetch a shopping cart in front of the wholesale store and proceed to pick up your order from the lockers. Inside the pickup point, add the received code to the machine and follow the instructions. The collection list is included with your order. You receive the consignment note and receipt electronically. Clever!

The Click & Collect service is open to all business customers. Fill in your company’s information and a valid business ID and your order is ready for collecting. You do not need to have a Valio Aimo membership to use the service. The payment methods are credit card, MobilePay and online bank payment. For registered Valio Aimo® wholesale credit customers invoicing is also an option.
